A daily mindful moment


Wordays lets you enter one word each day. That’s it. Enter that one feeling, thought or experience you want keep for later.

By viewing the words you have entered the past week, month or year you can also reflect about you development. If you have entered the same word multiple times it will be highlighted.

This is your words. There is no sharing. So there’s no reason to not be honest with yourself.

You can change the word during the day, but not later. (You can delete it later, though.)

Wordays will help you take a moment to reflect about your day. It’s not complicated. It doesn’t take a lot of time. But a mindful moment each day is good for you!
